Our school recognises the benefit to highly able students of extension and challenge with like-minded individuals.

Mr Betts runs his Bletchley Extension and Enrichment (BEE) program from the “BEEhive” within our school, over 1 hour 40 minutes on a Friday.

Students are withdrawn from their regular classroom to participate.

This programme was previously hugely popular with Year 5 participants and is now available to two groups of selected, high achieving students in each of Years 5 and 6.

Students explore a range of topics as they develop their creative and critical thinking skills, while being challenged to engage in ‘hard thinking’.

Each semester’s study culminates in an opportunity to present their work to parents.
